3-Ingredient Mango Smoothie Without Yogurt
A delicious mango smoothie without yogurt or any dairy in it! This 3-ingredient mango smoothie uses fresh sweet mangos, paired with peaches for a great combination. Perfect for a hot summer day!

- 6 oz ataulfo mango
- 5 oz frozen peaches
- 1/2 cup orange peach mango juice or fruit juice of choice
- ice cubes optional
Cut ataulfo mangoes into chunks. You'll need about 2 mangoes to get 6 oz. Add the cut mango to the blender.
Add 5 oz frozen peaches and 1/2 cup fruit juice.
Blend until smooth. If desired, add a few ice cubes to desired thickness.
Pour into a glass and enjoy!
- I prefer to use fresh, ataulfo mangoes in this recipe because they are very sweet! If you sub frozen mango, you will need to add more juice and possibly sweetener.
- If you want to use fresh peaches rather than frozen, add more ice cubes to thicken.
- Feel free to use any fruit juice you have on hand; orange-peach-mango just works well because it has both the mango and peach flavors!
