Delicious Peach Smoothie Recipe - No Yogurt

- 6 oz frozen peaches
- 1 cup peach juice
- 2 tsp maple syrup
Add the frozen peaches, juice, and maple syrup to a high powered blender (I use a vitamix).
Blend on high for a minute or until smooth.
Pour into two small glasses or one large glass and serve! Makes about 11 total ounces of smoothie.
- I used 3 fresh peaches, which I sliced and froze overnight. You can use pre-packaged peaches if you'd like, but I find freezing them myself is less expensive.
- For juice, I used Country Peach from Trader Joes. Feel free to swap this out with other peach-flavored juices. I recommend choosing something that is 100% juice for the healthiest smoothie.
- If you like a tart smoothie, feel free to decrease the amount of maple syrup or omit it entirely.
- This smoothie shouldn't need more liquid because it is on the thinner side. If you'd like a thicker smoothie, you can add more frozen peaches or a few ice cubes.
