Fruit Smoothie Without Yogurt Recipe Formula

There are lots of ways to make fruit smoothies without yogurt, but these are my favorite formulas! Choose your own fruit, juice, or liquid, and add extra flavorings to make it your own. Don't be afraid to get creative!

Ingredients
  

Frozen Smoothie Without Yogurt

  • 1/2 banana, frozen
  • 1/2 cup frozen fruit of choice
  • 1/2 cup fruit juice
  • Any desired flavorings or sweeteners

Fresh + Frozen Smoothie Without Yogurt

  • 1 cup fresh fruit of choice
  • 1/2 cup frozen fruit of choice
  • Ice cubes to desired consistency (optional)
  • Any desired flavorings or sweeteners

Instructions
 

  • Add fruits and base liquid amount to the blender. Blend on high until smooth, adding extra liquid or frozen fruit as necessary until you reach your desired consistency.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness and flavorings, if necessary.
  • Serve and enjoy!
