- 1 ripe peach
- 1/2 cup frozen mango
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/4 cup white grape juice
Halve the fresh peach and remove the pit. Remove any hard bits that won't blend well, then place in blender.
Add frozen mango, frozen strawberries, and white grape juice to the blender.
Blend on high until everything is smooth and combined. Adjust liquid amount to your liking.
Pour into a glass, serve, and enjoy!
- You can sub fresh peaches for frozen if you'd like, but you'll need to add a bit more liquid since this recipe relies on the liquid from the peach.
- You can also sub fresh mangoes/strawberries for frozen, but doing so will result in a much thinner smoothie. I recommend having at least some frozen fruit in it.
- Any neutral fruit juice can be used. Use whatever you have on hand. Just keep in mind you don't want the fruit juice to overpower the natural flavors of the fruit.
