Ingredients

  • 2 ripe peaches
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/4 cup white grape juice
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1-2 tsp maple syrup (optional)

Instructions

  • Halve the fresh peaches and remove the pits. Remove any hard bits that won't blend well, then place in blender.
  • Add the frozen strawberries, white grape juice, and milk to the blender (see notes for ingredient adjustments).
  • Blend on high until everything is smooth and combined.
  • Taste the smoothie to see if you would like to add any extra sweetness. If it is too tart for you, add maple syrup until it is the perfect sweetness.
  • Pour into 2 glasses, serve, and enjoy!

Notes

  • If you are dairy free, you can use ALL white grape juice, or sub the milk for almond milk or your favorite non-dairy milk.
  • This smoothie is on the thinner side, so you can even take out half of the liquid if you like a thicker smoothie (either remove the milk, or use half the amount of both milk and juice).
  • Any neutral fruit juice can be used. Use whatever you have on hand. Just keep in mind you don't want the fruit juice to overpower the natural flavors of the fruit.
