Delicious Strawberry Grape Smoothie (Dairy Free!)

A delicious smoothie using just 4 ingredients: frozen strawberries, grapes, oats, and grape juice! This strawberry grape smoothie does not use bananas or yogurt. It is super simple to make, yet perfectly delicious on a hot summer day!

Ingredients
  

  • 6 oz frozen strawberries
  • 3 oz red seedless grapes
  • 3/4 cup grape juice
  • 1 tbsp oats

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to the blender and blend on high until smooth.
  • Pour into a glass and serve! If desired, sprinkle with more oats and chopped fresh strawberries.

Notes

  • The sweetness of the smoothie may vary depending on how sweet your fruit is. If desired, you can add a teaspoon of maple syrup for extra sweetness.
  • You can use other fruit juices you have on hand, but the grape juice definitely intensifies the grape flavor.
