A delicious smoothie using just 4 ingredients: frozen strawberries, grapes, oats, and grape juice! This strawberry grape smoothie does not use bananas or yogurt. It is super simple to make, yet perfectly delicious on a hot summer day!

- 6 oz frozen strawberries
- 3 oz red seedless grapes
- 3/4 cup grape juice
- 1 tbsp oats
Add all ingredients to the blender and blend on high until smooth.
Pour into a glass and serve! If desired, sprinkle with more oats and chopped fresh strawberries.
- The sweetness of the smoothie may vary depending on how sweet your fruit is. If desired, you can add a teaspoon of maple syrup for extra sweetness.
- You can use other fruit juices you have on hand, but the grape juice definitely intensifies the grape flavor.
